Ashleigh Howarth

With a passion for travelling, adventure, events and food, Ashleigh Howarth became a journalist to share her stories, and the stories of others, with the world. Ashleigh completed her Bachelor of Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology, and throughout her 14-year career, has been the editor of several community newspapers and magazines, as well as a senior reporter at a metropolitan daily newspaper.

Ashleigh is thrilled to now be working at MBRIT, writing for Moreton Daily and Moreton Life. Through her words, Ashleigh aims to inspire others to get out and enjoy life by exploring the beautiful regions around them, unleashing their own sense of wanderlust.
