The Transformational Experiences Mentoring Program supports tourism operators in interpreting the Ultimate Transformational Experience Guide and becoming champions of transformational experiences.
The program provides operators with one-on-one mentor support over a 10-week period, equipping them with the tools to reimagine their visitor experience and meet the evolving expectations of travellers in line with the Queensland brand and ‘Travel for Good’ ethos.
Mentoring valued over $5,000 per participating business
The Moreton Bay's regional tourism organisation (RTO) Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA), in partnership with Tourism and Events Queensland, would like to invite industry participants to submit their interest to be part of the program through an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. Please note there are limited places available.

To be considered for this program, your business must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Participants will be selected based upon being a current Best of Queensland Experience, view Moreton Bay list here.
- A commitment to deliver and improve transformational experiences, embodying the essence of Brand Queensland and ‘Travel for Good’ ethos.

The Program provides an operator with one-on-one mentor support over a 10-week period and involves several meetings (in-person and virtual) and homework that cover:
- Step businesses through the Ultimate Transformational Experience Guide.
- Complete a self-assessment and identify areas to improve customer experience delivery.
- Develop action plan for operator to concentrate on to improve customer experience.
- Filling out documentation including pre-mentoring survey, acquittal report, six-month check-in.
- Participating operators must commit to making themselves available for mentoring during the 10-week program, ensuring they can dedicate the time for meetings with the mentor, filling out documentation, and doing homework in between meetings.
- The program requires an operator to be open-minded and willing to develop actions for improvement with the mentor.
