The annual Redcliffe KiteFest will be held on Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 September at Pelican Park, Clontarf. Redcliffe KiteFest is a unique and iconic event held in the City of Moreton Bay and is becoming one of the largest kite-flying festivals in Australia.
Delivered by Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism (MBRIT), Redcliffe KiteFest is a key tourism event for the Redcliffe Peninsula, attracting visitors throughout South-East Queensland (SEQ) and beyond.
The event contributes positively to the City of Moreton Bay, delivering tangible benefits that engage the local community, stimulate the economy and showcases the area – resulting in repeat visitation and further tourism spend in the region.
